Privacy Policy
This page explains what personal information Sprintflow AI (ABN 49 362 949 688) collects through this website, why, and how it's handled.
What we collect
We collect the personal information you submit through our contact and consultation booking forms: your name, email address, phone number (optional), organisation name (optional), your message, and — for bookings — your preferred consultation time, sector, and timezone.
We also collect standard website analytics (pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type) via Google Analytics 4, using cookies. Analytics data is aggregated and does not identify you personally to us.
Why we collect it
Form data is collected for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry or consultation request. Analytics data is used to understand how the site is used and improve it. We do not use your information for marketing lists, and we do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.
How it's handled and stored
Form submissions are delivered to us by email via Resend, our email delivery provider, and our website is hosted on Vercel. Analytics is provided by Google. Each of these providers processes data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms, and may store data outside Australia. We keep enquiry information only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any engagement that follows.
Disclosure
We do not disclose personal information to third parties except the service providers above, or where required by Australian law.
Cookies and analytics choices
The site uses cookies for Google Analytics 4. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on; the site works fine without them.
Access, correction, and complaints
We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). To access, correct, or ask us to delete your information — or to raise a privacy concern — contact us through the site's contact form or via LinkedIn. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
Changes to this policy
We'll update this page when our practices change. This policy is effective 5 July 2026.
